Sustainable Development of Walled City of Lahore Project is an initiative, funded by Government of the Punjab and the World Bank, with the objective of regenerating the Walled City for its viable adaptive re-use, up-gradation of its civic amenities, preservation and conservation of cultural heritage and monuments, developing tourist facilities and economic & social development. Positions of Interns/Surveyors in the following disciplines are available in the Project:

Name of posts: Civil Engineer Intern/Surveyor (One Post)
Job Description: The selected candidate will be required to associate with the PMU as a “Civil engineer Intern/Surveyor”, for the followings:
– To undergo training in specialized areas of practice in Urban Heritage Conservation in including surveying and documentation structural analysis and design material science quantity surveying and project management.
– To assist the PMU to supervise implementation.
– To undertake Physical Plot & Building, topographical, designing,
– Architecture and Built Environment survey of the Walled City of Lahore.
– Any other task assigned by the Director General.

Academic Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an HEC recognized university. A post-graduate degree holder shall be preferred.

Salary: Rs.25,000/- per month
