Position: Senior HR Executive
Location: Karachi
Experience: 3-4 Years
Education: MBA/MS (HRM)
Sector: Textile
Requirements:
• Should be able to design job descriptions.
• Should have hands on experience of working Performance Appraisal System.
• Should be able to formalize & verify KPIs in consultation with HODs.
• Should have ability to design and maintain hierarchal levels (Organogram) of different departments accordingly.
• Have ability to develop SOPs and policies and also help to implement these policies and SOPs in different department.
• Have abiliy to prepare strength management and comparative analysis report.
• Should have command on MS Office
• Should have good Interpersonal skills.
