Description

We are seeking for Accounts Officer for our branch based at Islamabad
Education: Min graduate/
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Salary: 25k to 30K
Responsibilities:
- Petty cash posting is authentication and authorization
-Advances to employees are authorized
-Collections from customers is timely made as per the terms define
-Adjustments to customer balances are authorized
-Authentic and valid collections are received from customers
-Authentic and valid collections are received from customers
-PDCs received from customers are timely deposited
-Physical cash from sales collection is in reconciliation with Grand Summary balance as per the system
-Daily collections from customers are correctly reflected in the system
-Discrepancies in sales collections from customers are timely identified and resolved
-Collections from customers are timely made and reflected in the system
-All Invoices / CSMs are timely processed in system.
-Cash Collections from Deliverymen are timely processed in system
-Duplicate collections are not made from customers
-Cash collections from credit customers are timely made
-Recovery visits are properly executed
