Position: Application Support Engineer
Qualification: BS – Computer Engineering (Software / Network)
Experience: 1 year
Responsibilities
• Routine Operation which includes SFO, Sub D, Track IT etc
• Managing HHT devices using MDM (Mobicontrol) software
• With respect to application issues, coordination with employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve user’s application related issues
• Coordination with development team to log, escalate and feedback for software related issues
• To provide 1st and 2nd LEVEL support; answering support queries via email or call logging system or walk-in users
• Enterprise service desk (resolution & support and feedback)
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• SFO (hardware) related documentation, dispatching and tracking
• Issues related to local Portal like login and profile
• Timely escalation of issues to level 2 and 3
• SFO Operations
• Mobicontrol Operations
• Ad-Hoc SFO Operations
• OSDP Installations
Location: Clifton Block 3, Karachi
Type: Contractual (3rd Party Payroll)
Salary: Rs. 30,000-35,000 per month
