Looking to hire for the position of Area Manager in Islamabad-Rawalpindi region.

- To develop & implement action plans for the Area branches and proactively support them to achieve product wise business targets within given time frame.
- To conduct regular Business Review Meetings and ensure regular interaction with BMs, RMs, branch staff for providing guidance as & when needed.
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained while providing services to the customers.
- Ensure compliance through a sound knowledge of the bank's policies, procedures, services and system to avoid risk factors.
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate - MBA preferred
Minimum banking experience:
- 6 to 8 years
