JD:

·To manage, plan and continue developing the overall performance of In market sales at pharmacy level for the product portfolio and meet/exceed agreed objectives.

·Establish and monitor effective relationships of the respective Wholesalers that maximize partnership in building Rx business portfolio.

·Ensure smooth execution of Trade Marketing Plan in assigned area with consistent growth.

·To support and drive wholesalers in their sales operations processes by developing capability of their order bookers of products through consistent on-job training and combined field work

·Execute Trade Marketing Initiatives including Trade Offers execution & Pharmacy Commercial Terms using Order Intelligence Tool, PRISM, VEEVA and deliver against Wholesaler Joint Business Plan

·Provide breadth and depth support to respective medical reps / FLSLs responsible for promotion of brands & serve as a single point of contact between Wholesalers
