Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To calculate GST / W.H.T on monthly basis.
- To prepare Agreement of the Clients and to maintain their record and files.
- To prepare Rents Agreements / Rent Receipt / Rent Report and Rent Cheques.
- To update and to process renewal of NOC’s of all regions.
- To collect Information and to process renewal of Weapon Licences.
- To correspond with SECP.
- To update details relevant to File racks and Cabinet.
- To advertise any vacancy if required (in form of any media as advised).
- To manage and update the list of Company’s Assets.
- To process renewal of Vehicle Token Tax (Chief Executive and Office).
- To process renewal of ISO Certificate and to perform ISO Audit.
- To process final implementation of Software.
- To manage data backup of all the PCs in Head Office and Islamabad Operational Office.
- To prepare Proposal and Tenders documents.
- To prepare documents for process of Death Compensation.
- To prepare and file documents for Professional Tax.
- To keep update the record of A/C payable including installment of car.
- To process printing of office stationary including envelops, sheet rolls, file and visiting cards etc.
- To maintain register for daily incoming and dispatch of daily mail.
- To verify bills from vendors and to update list of vendors.
- To prepare demand for expense.
- To prepare details of charity and submit on every 28th day of the month
