Looking for Assistant General Manager, Legal Affairs for a leading client.Education:LLB/ LLM Preferably with MBA.Experience:Total 10 - 12 Years with 5 to 7 years of industry experience.The candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to Executive Director, Corporate Affairs on matters relating to corporate and legal affairs for the entire Group, Working on all legal agreements/ contracts, memos, collating information and writing reports, Vetting all Legal and Commercial contracts, Review business circumstances and provide legal advice on commercial and labor matters.
