We at HRSG are looking for an enigmatic and passionate Assistant Manager - HR Operations. Please see the details below:

This role is a blend of HR operations and business partnering. Responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop the HR operations function to provide exceptional service delivery to our clients through the right teams.
- Provide day to day operations support including troubleshooting issues and serving as the escalation point for process and systems issues.
- Assess HR operational needs and review policies and procedures in order to ensure efficiencies and seamless delivery of service.
- Develop associates for higher responsibilities and assist them in the attainment of personal goals and organization objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Keen commercial acumen.
- Good knowledge of labor laws.
- Experience with HRMS / ERP's.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
- Degree in human resources
- 3 to 5 yrs of HR operations experience
