Assistant Manager Administration Required Education: Bachelor / Master’s Degree from HEC recognized University Experience: 5 to 6 Years of experience in same capacity Age Limit: 28 Years to 38 Years Location: Karachi Responsibilities: • Handling Office assistants / peons as per the requirements of clients / departments. • Lead the group of more than 50 Contractual, Maintenance, Generator, House Keeping, Canteen and Logistic Staff and evaluate General working performance. • Proper book keeping of inventories. • Ensure the repair and maintenance of office premises and company assets. • Cleanliness of office premises and verifying of utility bills. • Timely arrangement of visa / air ticket / hotel as per business need • Provide administrative support to all bureaus. • Manage the performance of individual members of the Department. • Update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis.
