*Job Duties:*
- Coordinating with customers and efficiently handling their queries.
- Add order’s opening and closing in the system.
- Proper coordination with Sales & Accounts department.
- Strong follow-up with customers for payments & billing related matters.
- Having good oral & written communication skills.
- Ability to work actively under pressure.
- Proficient in MS– Office.
