Currently, we are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Assistant Manager Customer Services:
Assistant Manager Customer Services will be responsible for setting customer services standards; evaluation of existing processes as they relate to resolving customer queries and act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and service quality as it pertains to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible to train and develop customer services team and nurture an environment where customer services staff can excel through encouragement and empowerment and meet performance objectives and goals. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the Customer Services Department including workload assignment/coordination, personnel reviews, timesheet reviews and approvals.
The ideal candidate should be Bachelors or Master’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in well-established organizations.
