Description

Position: Assistant Manager HR
Qualification: BBA / MBA
Location: Karachi
Experience: 5 to 6 years

Responsibilities:
• Ensure end-to-end recruitment processes, initiating from sourcing to deployment
• Facilitate the development of organizational structures
• Manage HR System and ensure accurate and timely Management Reporting
• Ensure employee records, both paper-based and electronic, are timely updated
• Conduct companywide TNA exercise and execute Training Calendar
• Prepare HR meeting minutes and presentations
• Generate analytical reports and transform data into meaningful information
• Coordinate with Senior Management in manpower projections

Skills / Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiatives
• Numerical & Negotiation skills
• Well-versed in MS Office
