Description

Primehr is looking for "Assistant Manager Hr Operation" for one of our Reputable client .

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for recruitment, all over Pakistan.
• Dealing with the government agencies including EOBI, SESSI and PESSI etc., all over Pakistan.
• Ensure Execution and compliance of all company HR related policies at head office and stores all over the Pakistan
• Manage employee grievances and conduct counseling sessions as well.
• Ensure timely execution of HR operational tasks including HR reports, attendance management, payroll management, uniform management, employees evaluation sheets, surveys, checklists, leave requests etc
• Daily other tasks as required by the management.
• Overall 5-6 years’ experience with min 3 years experience in Retail Industry.
• Flexible to travel.
• Head office is located in Korangi Karachi.
• Time: 9:00Am to 6:00Pm
• Salary: 70K-80K

Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelors – Masters in HR preferred.
• 2 years work experience in similar field.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient with MS office and other such programs.
