Considering the business expansion, Dolmen Group, is looking for an individual to serve as ‘Assistant Manager - Recruitment’ for its Human Resources Department in Head Office, situated at Clifton, Karachi.

Requirements:
*Bachelors/Masters of Business Administration in HR.
*Minimum experience of 4-5 years in Talent Acquisition.
*Excellence in communication.
*Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities:
*Establish recruitment requirements by examining organograms, manpower requisitions.
*To build talent sources by professional networking via online platforms placement centers.
*Conduct screening interviews to initial shortlisting and analyze responses.
*Correspondence with departmental stakeholders for complete on boarding of candidate.
