Purpose:
Overall Organizing, planning, and implementing strategy and oversee the retail store Sales & operations in Gujranwala.
Brief Job Description:
· Renewal of express centers tenancy agreement
· Initiate new location documentation for approval Company maintained or franchise
· Develop strategy for the assigned territory to achieve assigned revenue targets for the territory
· Regularly visit the cash customers and resolve their issues
· Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of necessary \ updated information to the Retail Clients/Customers
· Ensure availability of inventory \ booking items at all express centers within their assigned territory
· Monitor expenses incurred at express centers
· Follow up with other departments to carry out administrative work at express centers
· Ensure training and development of retail staff
