Diners are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of “Assistant Manager Training & Development” at our Head Office.

Qualification: Graduation/Master's Degree from a reputable institute.
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
§ To assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, & consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
§ Design and create training manuals, Monthly/Yearly calendar, learning modules, and course materials.
§ Deliver training sessions using lectures, group discussions, team exercises, hands-on examples, and other training formats.

Skills: Multi-tasking, MS-Office, Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, Time Management, strong analytical skills, problem-solving, Teamwork, Strong follow up, Leadership.
Location: Karachi

Candidate having prior experience in Fashion Retail & Textile Industry will be preferred.
