Description
Candidate shall be required to deal with all Legal, Corporate & Secretarial affairs of our clients and to manage/ organize related departmental work. Must have suitable Knowledge over current companies and taxation laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Overall supervision and processing of Corporate & Secretarial Services including:
- Formation of companies and all other legal form of entities and updated knowledge of their incorporation criteria.
- Filing of statutory returns.
- Annual filling of forms.
- Drafting of agreements, trust deeds and any other documents.
- Preparing and filing of minutes of the statutory meetings and filling of clients’ data in an organized way.
- Responsible for compliance and advisory services covering corporate and secretarial services.
- Manage and advice the clients in real time manner to avoid non-compliance against any clause of the Companies Act.
- Dealing with any other matter related to assigned Services.
- Must have knowledge that how to deal with SECP and other government agencies/ authorities and may visit their premises if and whenever needed.
