DEPARTMENT/PROJECT:School-Based Deworming Program
REPORTING TO:Regional Manager
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:Contractual

LOCATION:Karachi, Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will support the Regional Manager to supervise the implementation and execution of School-Based Deworming Program and provide technical assistance in development of training content, community sensitization material as well as its disbursement with the help of District Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the coordination with stakeholders and data collection process of public, private and religious schools and their enrollment
- Assist the development and distribution of training materials, procurement, community sensitization materials, reporting and printing in sufficient quantity to training venues and subsequently to schools
- Evaluate attendance and financial disbursement to the trainees as per protocols
- Assist and coordinate all tiers of trainings and reverse cascade model with stakeholders under the guidance of National team
- Assist Regional Manager to actively support and monitor the performance of District Coordinators
- Real time reporting to the Regional Manager and School-Based Deworming program team
- Record minutes of stakeholder’s meetings at the provincial level
- Supervise the divisional/district coordinators and maintenance of documentation and files
- Assist the Regional Manager for the effective performance monitoring of Divisional/District Coordinators
- Assist in ensuring the attendance sheets of training sessions conducted by Provincial, District and Cluster Level Lead/Master Trainers are duly filled as per the protocols and sent to IRD finance for the timely payments
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification
- Bachelors or Master's in Social Sciences or any relevant field
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of on-field experience of management and operations specially in stressful environments
Required Skills
- Communication skills both with internal management and external officials involved during Mass Drug Administration
- Capable enough to manage the on-going communication and operations on MDA and mop up day
- Moderate Writing and analytical skills
