Assistant Sales Manager is required in Karachi with a Real Estate Company. Eligibility: MBA with 5 to 6 years of experience in sales

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
• Establishing new business and contacts
• Assist senior sales manager in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints
• Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
• Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase
• Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
• Attending real estate exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Assist Sales manager in setting goals and targets
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
• Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of a firm.
