Position: Associate - Transaction Advisory
Location: Karachi
Education: BBA/BS/ACCA/MBA/CFA
Experience: 2-4 years of Experience in Corporate Finance/Transaction Advisory/ Brokerage Firm
Required Skills:
•Responsible for financial modelling, valuation, information memoranda and related services.
•Plan, prepare and review deliverables, excel data books, written reports & presentations.
•Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables.
•Assist in identifying deal issues and other adjustments impacting the deal execution.
