Description
- Responsible for doing/overseeing financial modelling, valuation, information memoranda and related services.
- Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including excel data books, written reports, presentations and discussions with the client.
- Plan and monitor the progress of the team
- Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
- Prepare and track the initial and follow up documentation request lists along with the Associate/Analyst
- Assist in identifying deal issues and other adjustments impacting the deal execution
