Description

Abacus Consulting is looking for a Business Development / Key Account Manager at Islamabad office.

Responsibilities:

· Develop Sales Pipeline to compliment annual and quarterly sales targets.

· Establish close working relationship with clients, understand the main issues, people and culture in the client organization.

· Proposals related to Government sector are to be developed as per their RFP (Request for Proposal).

· Regular and timely follow ups with clients as well as with in-house team members when required.

· Efforts for lead generation, proposal development (including BoQs) and for continuous business process/es improvement.

· Conduct market intelligence survey through ethical and reliable means.

Skills Required:

The candidate must have the following;

· Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable college or university

· Minimum 3-5 year experience in similar role

· Client Service Orientation

· Relationship building

· Confidence and team building capabilities

· Excellent communication skills
