Position / Title: Business IT Support Executive
Job Type: Permanent
Department: Business IT Support
Location: Karachi/Multan/Faisalabad
Qualification & Experience:
- BS/BE/BCIT
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibility:
- Provide IT related issues support and resolution (Hardware & Software) within defined TAT to respective region’s branches.
- Maintaining backup of IT inventory for smooth operations and replacement and provide the same to branches against PR Form with prior approval.
- Maintain MIS of IT Equipment of Branches & Quarterly inventory management
- Active directory front end management (User Password change), user details upgrading.
