Education: B.Com & preferably prior call center experience

Level: Entry level

Compensation and Benefits: Market Competitive

Work hours: 9 hour day shift

Responsibilities:

The Call Center Representative is the liaison between Nizam Bijli and our current and potential customers. The successful candidate must effectively handle customer & field complaints and inquiries, while keeping satisfaction at the core of every decision. The CC representative should:

• Handle customer inquiries telephonically
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into system

Requirements:

The candidate must have following skill set:

• Effective Communication Skills
• Proficient with excel & data entry
• Speak fluent Punjabi and Seraiki
• Interested in Social impact work
