Cargo Customer Services Manager Industry: Aviation Industry City: Karachi Qualification & Experience: • MBA (Marketing) • 6 - 8 years’ experience in relevant industry • Certifications such as Cargo2000, TAPA, AHS, ISAGO, and ISO would be plus Job Description: • Ensure the efficient and effective cargo operations (from Customer Airlines’ Perspective). • Develop and implement a strategy for operational management Plus Identify and manage problems within the cargo handling operation • Conduct regular service audits on a shift basis to ensure compliance with service standards. • Develop and maintain relationships with Airport Authority and border agencies (customs etc) to facilitate the smooth handling of all customer cargo shipments. • Develop IT and IT processes including but not limited to delivery, storage, reporting, SLA monitoring and new technologies plus Identify training needs and develop an annual training plan for submission to the Cargo Manager • Maintain and establish contacts with existing clients / Key account management.
