Description

Leading Cargo Company is looking for “Cargo Customer Services Manager” for their Karachi office. The  Manager will be responsible for: •  Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all the  cargo operations (from Customer Airlines’ Perspective). • Identify and manage problems within the cargo handling operation and deploy resources to ensure the resolution of issues whilst ensuring that safety, security and costs are maintained at acceptable levels. • Conduct regular service audits on a shift basis to ensure compliance with service standards / safe working practices, providing regular feedback and recommendations to the  management. • Develop and maintain relationships with Airport Authority and border agencies (customs etc) to facilitate the smooth handling of all customer cargo shipments • Any other tasks assigned by the VP or Cargo Manager.
