Career Opportunity : Chief Sales Officer
TPL Insurance is Pakistan’s first direct insurance company with the aim to provide seamless insurance services to its customers through its 24 / 7 call center and integrated insurance systems.

The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible to strengthen relationships with existing insurance clients and build new relationships to grow revenues and expand market share of our corporate clients. This position will be responsible to develop a motivated and results driven sales force, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide leadership in the achievement of set targets. This position will also be responsible to build long – term corporate relationships through information management and providing quality services. The candidate will work with our sales teams to bring in creativity and innovation that would deliver positive business impact for our key accounts

The ideal candidate should be Master’s in Business Administration in Sales and Marketing with at least 15 years of relevant experience in well-established organizations preferably in insurance industry or financial institutions.
