Description
Civil Engineer is required in Rahim Yar Khan for an FMCG firm.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil contraction and demolition work within Brownfield project site.
- Supervise heavy demolition work with the use of heavy equipments like wrecking ball, excavator, crane, etc.
- Supervise safe execution of asbestos roof removals, treatment, storage and disposal.
- Have excellent know how of Lay outing, Material used for construction.
- Generate BOQs from design drawings.
- Understand concrete mix ratios.
- Steel structure installation for PEB.
- Supervise heavy excavations and foundation details understanding.
- Topographic survey and soil testing understanding.
- Material inspection and quality check.
- Know how of type of crush, cement, steel bar grade, bending schedules.
- Verify quantities against BOQ at the end of execution.
