Outfitters is looking for " Compensation & Benefits Executive". incumbent with 1-2 year of experience or fresh are encouraged to apply . the said roles comes with below mentioned responsibilities
ü Retail & HO Final Settlements
ü New Joiners Profile Entry in SAP
ü Will be sending New Joiners & Leavers Intimations to all stakeholders and ensuring all documentation is complete as per checklist
ü Personal Files Log Management & Audit
ü Timely Health Insurance & Life Insurance Additions & Deletions
ü Incorporating employee records and ensure validity and integrity for SAP data
ü Other Tasks assigned by Line Manager
