Education:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience: (specify experience in this job or in a related function or field is required or preferred):

  • 1 years’ experience in similar role or industry would be preferred.
  • Working experience of HSE (Health Safety Security) in a reputable organization would be preferred background in call center would be preferred
  • Working experience in financial industry would be preferred

Importance           Essential Functions and Duties Act as a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution, and as a final internal resource with which concerned parties may communicate after other formal channels and resources have been exhausted

Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manage day-to-day operation of the Program

Develop, periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing relevance in providing guidance to management and employees. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Training, and Quality Assurance etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

Monitor, and when necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends. Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested by the line manager, to keep the line manager informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.

Preparation of processes – including periodic reviews. Develop and enhance compliance function.
