The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Managing recruitment needs of clients and acquiring the best available talent for their vacant positions.

- Creating value by sourcing, evaluating and assisting the client in end- to-end recruitment process.

- Visiting/interacting with clients on regular basis to better understand their needs and culture of the organization.

- Developing a sustainable relationship with the HR/Line Managers at client end. - Managing achievement of assigned revenue targets

- Providing guidance to and supervising team of Associate Consultants with regards to clients management and generating quarterly/annual revenue Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

- Sound interpersonal and communication skills

- Customer orientation

- Negotiation skills

- Ability to create and maintain long lasting business relationship

- BBA/MBA from a reputable local or foreign university

- 2 to 3 yrs of experience in Executive Search
