Position: Contract Manager
Location: Headoffice - Lahore
Experience: 3-5 years
• Contract drafting, vetting and negotiations.
Providing recommendations and negotiations with customer.
• Maintain contractual records and documentation of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
• Handle on-going issues and change management
• Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
• Direct contracting with clients around the world and within Pakistan. Dealing with public and private sectors relating to IT, Human Capital Division, Business Process Outsourcing, Competitive Intelligence, etc.
• Concluding effective contract negotiations worth millions.
