Looking for Corporate Compliance Executive based in Karachi. Have experience of 3 to 4 years of experience in handling secretarial and compliance matters of listed companies. Dealing with regulations in various corporate matters. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for compliance. Experience of handling board matters including preparation of working papers, minutes and dealing with PSX and SECP. Should have good writing skills.
