Description
Our client (a PSX listed firm) is one of the most admired names in large-scale industrial manufacturing, based in Lahore. They are looking for a "CORPORATE LEGAL ADVISOR". The position will report to the CFO.

QUALIFICATION
LL.B / LL.M / BA-LL.B (HONOURS) from universities of top repute.
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of experience with a listed manufacturing firm.
Must have extensive experience to handle Corporate Governance subjects.
Must have sat in the Board meetings.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills is a must.
