Required "Customer Care" in Karachi for the leading Telecommunication Company in Pakistan. An ideal candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / DAE (ICT, Electrical, Computer, Telecom) along with 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Working on the portal and providing support to on field workers.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
