Description

ALM Human Resources is looking for Customer Service Agent for US based clients

Education: Intermediate/ Bachelors

Experience: At least 1 year experience, preferably inbound however, outbound/sales is acceptable.

Gender: Both Timings: 7pm to 5am, 6 days (could be any 6 days in week)

Monthly Salary: Rs. 40,000 Both positions include upto Rs. 5,000 of performance incentive after first month of probation period

Job Placement: Lahore

Core Skills: -Must have Excellent English speaking and writing -Preferably US/UK accent or minimum neutral accent -Good understanding of Customer Service

Responsibilities: -Professionally answer phone calls and emails / live chats inquiries -Providing Customer Support for US based clients -Resolve customers issues -Making follow up outbound calls as needed
