Looking to hire "Customer Service Representative" for our E-commerce Department in Outfitters. The ideal resource would be responsible to do the following:
- Support customers by answering product and sales queries
- Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries
- Give customers service information including product details, pricing and after sales service
- Process service and return transactions in alignment with company’s policies
- Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly
- Order Statistics, taking incoming calls, outgoing calls to (problematic orders, confirmation orders, returned orders, advises), Email log, Facebook log, Complaints handling
