Description
Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd, a leading company in the retail furniture industry is urgently looking for ‘Customer Service Representatives’ to be based in Karachi. Following is a brief of the job role:
• Handling customer complaints and forwarding it to the concerned department
• Proactively follow-up / closure of the complaints of the respective showroom
• Coordinating with sales team and ensuring that all customers remain connected and engaged
What we require:
i) Strong follow up
ii) Excellent communication skills
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience
• Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent education from HEC recognized institute
