Job Description:
- To handle Inbound Calls
- To identify issues on the website through creation of tickets
- Welcome Call to the Customers
- To Call customer for the resolution of complaint
- Order Confirmation Calls
Requirements:
- Intermediate/ A'Level
- Exceptional Communication Skills (Verbal & Written both)
- System Knowledge is must (Majento)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Call Center (BPO, Service sector, E-Commerce or HORECA)
- Age: 22-32
