Falcon-i Pvt. Ltd. is looking for "Deputy Manager - HR" for its Head Office in Karachi.

Job Description:
 Responsible for overall HR functions which includes Recruitment & Selection, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development.
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goal.
 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
 Nurture a positive working environment.
 Manage the recruitment and selection process.
 Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives organization’s high performance.
 Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
 Assess training needs, prepare & execute training and monitor training programs impacts on employee performance.
 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
 Ensure legal compliance and other disciplinary matters.

Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree in HR.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
