Falcon-i Pvt. Ltd. is looking for "Deputy Manager - HR" for its Head Office in Karachi.
Job Description:
Responsible for overall HR functions which includes Recruitment & Selection, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goal.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives organization’s high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs, prepare & execute training and monitor training programs impacts on employee performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance and other disciplinary matters.
Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree in HR.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
