Job Description:
· Create demand for Company Products in industrial segment as first option.
· Achieve sales targets by ensuring material supply in different industrial projects.
· Conduct regular customer visits to existing new customers to create constant demand.
· Build relationship with key customers (consultants/architects/contractors)
· Cater to customer query in timely manner (costing/quotations/PFI’s/LC’s)
· Coordinate with support departments to ensure best quality service to company customers
· Analyze market demand after considering market situation/dynamics
· To comply with company Legal and HSE Policies
· Provide resolution to customer complaints in timely manner Ensuring compliance of all company policies & procedures
· Ensuring pending dispatches to not exceed set KPI
