Our client, a leading private school of Pakistan, is looking for "Director Academics" for their Head office based in Lahore.

Incumbent will be responsible for

• Thorough knowledge of current trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in curriculum development.
• Experience of effectively line-managing individual members of staff and teams.
• Experience in managing budgets and academic programmes.
• Effective planning, delegation and consolidation of work.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills including negotiation and influencing.
• Ability to set and communicate a clear vision and expectations for departmental and
individual performance.
• Assessments & examination policies.

Experience: 12 to 15 Years in the field of education (School Management, Teachers Training, Curriculum Development & School Inspection), 3 to 4 years’ experience in the same capacity.

Qualification: M.Phil./PhD. Education or Educational Leadership

Compensation: Based on experience and education
