Description
A leading media house is looking for “Director Sales & Marketing” to be hired on urgent basis.
Eligibility Criteria and main responsibilities:
• At least 15 - 20 years of sales and marketing experience in media sector.
• Develops and implements strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives of the channel
• Develops and recommends Channel Distribution and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
• Develops close relationship with media agencies and clients for generating business
• Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
• Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
