Description
Our client is one of the most admired names in large scale industrial manufacturing, based in Karachi. They are looking for 'DM Compensation & Benefits'.
This is a function Lead role and will report to the Head of HR.
QUALIFICATION
MBA (HR) from a university of repute
Additional qualifications/certifications would be a plus
EXPERIENCE
5-7 years of Comp & Ben operations for +2000 employees.
The candidate must have worked on SAP and is expected to be Plug & Play candidate.
