One of my clients, a leading telecommunication organization head-quartered in Islamabad is urgently looking for a "Executive Compensation & Benefits" for its Head - office. The incumbent must have overall 2 to 3 years of experience; preferably HR experience. Education required: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Responsibilities: - Permanent staff monthly payroll file that includes LFA's Fuel claims, Overtime claims - HR module of BOSS system which includes issuance of SIMS, activation of official numbers through bio metric device, activation & deactivation of employee package nationwide including interns and contractual staff .
