Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, Organize and Manage CEO's Schedule
- Plan and Coordinate International and Domestic travel arrangements for the CEO and accompanying Senior Management.
- Be able to take minutes of meetings, dictation and Independently draft internal and external correspondence.
- Take daily follow up from Key Management and provide a daily update report to the CEO
- Maintain Executive Office/files, records and logs.
- Manage CEO’s Personal Finances and book keeping
- Be able to Handle Legal matters, Drafting and Documentation of Legal issues.
- Be able to Deal and Correspond with Government Departments, Ministries, etc
