Customer’s feedback (Visits & Calls):
> ISSUES: services by Key Account Manager, Accounts, Logistics, order execution, material and other dissatisfaction.
> COMPETITORS (products, price, quantity)
>SUGGESTIONS for improvement
> Handling customer complaints & Feedback.
Product & Market Knowledge:
· Being a support manager he/she should verbally know about Customers Rates, Monthly Consumption & Credit Terms offered to them.
· He/she should have basic knowledge & weaknesses of competitor’s product to do comparative analysis.
· He/she should verbally know about competitors Base Price, Market Rates, imports per month, advantages, disadvantages & customer portfolio etc.
· He/she should keep updating himself/herself about market knowledge in every dimension.
Salary : 60k-100k with other benefits
