POSITION CODE: HRD-PC/TD-147
DEPARTMENT / PROGRAM: Decision Support System (DSS) Project
REPORTING TO: Field Supervisor / Research Associate
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contractual (6 months)
LOCATION: Gilgit and Bhong
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible for field related activities which includes data collection (on both paper forms and mobile app), prepares and submit daily field reports and supports in data entry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend all the training(s) and meeting(s) organized by the project heads
- Take proper consent from the study participants
- Do proper screening of the study participants, following the eligibility criteria
- Collect study data from the designated field site using Android app or paper forms
- Report to Field Supervisor for all the routine activities
- Report bugs in android application, as and when occurred
- Communicate with the field supervisor to resolve field issues and logistics problems
- Submit daily field report to the supervisor
- Keep a check and balance of all the assigned tasks at hand
- Participate and assist in all project related activities
- Attend weekly progress meetings to share field updates
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification
- At least Intermediate
Required Experience
- At least 6 months or 1 year of experience in field related health projects
Required Skills
- Comfortable in using android phone
- Good communication skills
- Good Urdu reading and writing skills to understand the study questionnaire
- Can speak local language (Shina for Gilgit and Punjabi for Bhong)
