Details:

-Supervises the day-to-day delivery of high quality field services. Monitors daily productivity and quality of work and assist in allocating resources as required.

-Supervises field services projects concurrently and ensures completion within time frames. Evaluates audit and inspection services against established protocols; Makes technical decisions.

-Works with the operations team to resolve customer issues on a regular basis. Identifies and resolves customer complaints and employee related performance issues.

-Ensures the team’s understanding of and compliance with all established policies and requirements. Responsible for keeping Operations Managers informed about the team members’ development, performance and morale.

-Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensures that all policies are understood and adhered to.
